Will I have to take classes with criminals?

About 80%  of  folks seeking services have never had a DUI before.    Most  got their DUI coming home from a party.  So generally, they are friendly outgoing people.

What about confidentiality?

Federal and state laws as well as ethics guide our protection of your privacy and confidentiality.  Unless you give us written permission, we have no authority to speak with your employer, family members or friends.  We even need your permission to speak to your attorney.  The Secretary of State's Office, the Department of Alcohol and Substance Abuse, and the court of venue (the court handling your DUI) have some access to your information.  We discuss this topic with you during your admission so you have an opportunity to review the requirements, ask questions and become informed on this issue.
